Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms govern the use of Logic Gnome's service, in which we set up and run AI assistants that answer a business's messages on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger and handle bookings. By using the service, or by connecting an account to it, you agree to these terms.
The service
Logic Gnome configures an assistant for your business, connects it to the messaging channels you choose, and runs it so it can answer customers, collect booking details and create or update appointments. The exact scope, channels and fees for each customer are set in a separate agreement or quote.
Your account and connected channels
- You must have the right to connect the accounts and phone numbers you give us access to.
- You are responsible for keeping your logins secure and for the information you give the assistant about your business, such as prices, hours and policies.
- You can disconnect a channel at any time. Some features stop working once it is disconnected.
- Fees charged by a messaging channel for messages are your responsibility, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages, to mislead people, to break the law or the rules of a messaging channel, or to collect data you are not allowed to collect. We may suspend the service if it is used this way.
AI answers
The assistant generates answers automatically from the information you provide. It can make mistakes. You should review its setup, tell us about errors, and keep a person available for questions it cannot answer. The assistant hands conversations over to your staff when it is set to do so.
Data
You keep ownership of your business data and your customers' conversations. We process them as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the service. You are responsible for telling your customers how their messages are handled.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set in your agreement or quote. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension after notice.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service as set out in your agreement. We may end or suspend it if these terms are broken. After it ends, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Logic Gnome is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost bookings, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, update the date above, and tell active customers about important changes.
